Growth
Threyes has achieved tremendous growth with rapid strides in its Business operations with the immense industrial working experience and leadership of its promoters Mr.M.Karnan, M.D. and Mr.N.Raja, JMD
The production was started in Nov 2000, at a modest facility with just 6 employees, a daring and an inspired venture, one may say. We achieved our first major breakthrough in less than a year, and were a registered vendor with India Japan Lighting and SL LUMAX.
The next two years proved to be our best and formative years, when we bagged production orders from leading automobile manufacturers like General Motors, Maruthi Udoyog Ltd., Tata Motors Ltd., Toyoto Kirloskor Motors Ltd., Fiat and Ford through SL LUMAX and IJL.
In 2004, we set our sight on upgrading our production facility for the greater challenges ahead and in the process procured Hi-tech micro processing Molding Machines. Just two years afterwards, we were registered vendors with LUCAS TVS. (Padi & Pudhuchery)
The year 2006 also saw our world class facility near Padapai take shape on a 61,000 sq ft land. The new facility has helped us deliver the best to our ever growing customer base and help us create a space of our own in the field.
Our sustained performance and initiatives got us registered Vendors with
M/s. Komos, M/s. Valeo, M/s. Visteon & M/s. Toyota Boshoku in the year 2008.
The Year 2009 gave way for a massive plant expansion and we acquired the facility for Press components manufacturing in-house.
During the year 2011 we became a registered Vendor for M/s.TAFE and implemented a new production line setup facility for Main wiring harness, Battery Cables and PCB Board.
In 2012, PCB Board wiring assembly production was started to cater our service to M/s. Brakes India and for the first time entered into the export business, the client being M/s. Valeo and wiring harness assembly is supplied to Mexico.
